The goals of the food action plan are to…

  4. Grow economic prosperity for our region's agricultural and food retail businesses

The Regional Food Council focuses on the Colville Reservation and Okanogan County in Washington State.

The Mission | The Okanogan Region Food Council helps facilitate the growth of equitable, sustainable, and economically thriving food systems, emphasizing the Okanogan Region, including Okanogan County and the Colville Reservation. 

The Vision | The Okanogan Region Food Council holds the vision to eliminate hunger by ensuring that every single person has close access to culturally relevant, locally grown, nutritious food of their choice. We aim to create an economically thriving and sustainable food system that supports farmers, harvesters, the community, and the land in the Okanogan region.
